When parking at Fairgreen/Forster Street Multi-Story Carpark you are going to experience a most pleasant surprise. You might say there is no such thing as a pleasant and user friendly carpark but we beg to differ.Due to the unique design of this carpark all floors are 28 metres wide and wait for it, NO PILLARS all spaces are generously spaced at 2.8mts X 7mts. 9ft by 22ft with disabled spaces 1 and a half times that for floors which do not have natural daylight there is continuous fluorescent lightning 24 hrs a daily and for your security all public areas are on 24 hr camera monitoring system, added to this we have 24 hr security patrol, you could say you never walk alone in this Carpark.

Even though we have in excess of 400 spaces you are never more than 3 floors away from street level no matter where you park, and for your convenience there are 4 elevators and 2 stairwells available for every 70 spaces. A special feature of this carpark is you have access to 2 streets, one to the city via the rail/bus station and the second on to Forster Street where you will find the tourist office and where most hotels are situated. From this exit you may also enter the famous Habitat store where you will receive 2 hours free parking on making a purchase of 25 euros or more.

Due to the prestige location of this carpark it is easily accessible form all major roads entering the city the N17 coming the west/northwest and the N6 coming form the east.Approaching via College Road into the city turn left at the traffic lights before the tourist office at the bottom of the hill and the carpark entrance is on your right.

Entering the city via the dock road(large sea inlet on your left)turn right at the hotel and passing the hotel carpark on your right your preferred carpark is on the left approximately 50 metres.
Our carpark is called Fairgreen/Forster Street on account of its location been the old fairground which was once on Forster Street. Finally we do wish you and your guests a most pleasant visit to our beautiful city and equally a most pleasant parking experience in this unique parking facility.
Parking rates start at €1.80 (first hour only) with a maximum daily rate of €18.00
